    Some of you may have seen the article in this morning's USA Today titled "An overweight America comes with a hefty price tag."

    More reason to get out and move! It's a cool-ish morning outside. I find starting off with some stretching on such mornings is the best way to gently ease into the day (can do great stuff with my inflated exercise ball.) Be careful not to start your serious exercise until you've given your muscles a chance to warm up with some light aerobic movement and stretching. No injuries should happen when you're trying to be good to yourself!

    Fat Free Corn Bread

    1 1/2 cups yellow cornmeal
    1/2 cup flour, or whole wheat flour
    1 tablespoon baking powder
    2 egg whites, or equivalent egg substitute
    1 cup nonfat milk
    1 16 oz. can cream style corn
    1/4 cup chopped onion
    2 tablespoons red bell peppers, chopped
    1 4 oz. can green chiles
    1 teaspoon jalapeno pepper, chopped (or more!)

    Mix all wet ingredients in small bowl. Mix all dry ingredients in medium bowl. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir to just blend together. Bake 425 degrees for 35 - 40 minutes in a 8 inch square pan or 15 - 20 minutes in muffin pans.
