It's been a busy couple of days and I have fallen into the trap of excuses - I'm back on the wagon today. Off to run right after work and then dancing tonight as my reward

Oh yeah!!!! @ day s off coming up...can't wait...my new yoga tapes have been pleading with me to try them and I am really psyched about starting them! It is partly sunny here today but it is promising to be in the 70s...but I'll not see mcuh of it....12 ho ur work shifts have a way of interfering with that
Ratched, what thread did you post your recipe for veggie burgers (the ones made with black beans)?? I want to try them this weekend.
