The bike's coming out this morning
. Even those of you who have kids may be able to get in your morning exercise by getting up just a little earlier. Ever notice how you get so much more done when everyone else in the house is gone or asleep? All you need is 20-30 minutes. Try this tip I read in a book for folks that aren't natural early risers (whether early for you is 5 am or 4 pm: Set two alarms, one in your bedroom, one in the bathroom. Leave your workout clothes next to the one on the bathroom. Jump into it before you can wake up enough talk yourself out of it!
Your body responds well to new habits given a little time. Try this a few mornings and keep reminding yourself how good it feels when you're done knowing you've devoted time to yourself first thing. You are worth it!!
Is your water in front of you? (I hear my teakettle going off
Keep up the great work!
