Went out jogging late last evening with hubby. Legs hurt much less this morning than after previous outings of this sort - must be building up some (what are those - muscles?!? - not me!) It's actually time to get some new sneakers. Have squashed these pretty well flat. Might consider taking a look at your own sneakers - is it time to retire them and maybe reward yourself with a new pair to celebrate your new committment to activity? Beats "rewarding" ourselves with a trip to Dairy Queen lol.
Many of us may have taken the day off yesterday to celebrate with family. Today's the day to jump back on the health bandwagon. And put the kids' Easter candy out of sight!
Do you have your water in front of you? I've taken to having a big cup of herbal tea in the morning.
Breakfast recipe ideas continued:
1 cup orange juice
1 large banana
2 T non-fat milk powder
Place all ingredients in a blender and mix on high for about 30 seconds. Can add a few ice cubes or blend the banana frozen (it's how I salvage those bananas that have gotten overripe and are just going to be pitched otherwise.) One could also include
ingredients such as one half a peeled apple, a shake of wheat germ. This is a great way to get 2-3 servings of fruit first thing in the morning

This is true in exercising. Do a little more than you did yesterday. Raise the level of expectation you have for yourself! You can do it
