Good morning! Stormed last night - perfect sleeping weather - hard to get OOB. Tried to use the excuse that my workout clothes were in the wash but, dangit, hubby actually independently moved things from the washer to the dryer last night and turned it on. Apparently he's onto my master plan...
Do you have your water as you're sitting here? Are you thinking about breakfast yet? What kind of fuel are you putting in your body to prepare for the day? Exercise is half the battle; eating properly is the other part. But the more you move, the more you'll want to increase your results by changing other lifestyle habits.
Today I am working at the hospital - lots of opportunites for adding in some activity especially since my unit is several floors up. No reason not to take the stairs. Activity is cumulative throughout the day, so anywhere you can add in a few steps will help
