    The best diet that I ever found for losing weight was the lemon diet- You wake up in the morning and eat 6 lemons for breakfast - by the time your mouth unpuckers lunch and dinner are over

    It's a girl, actually. Her name's Wendy. I've been reading her stuff for years.

    Thanks for posting that, baseline. I was going to, but then I read about how all the increased traffic was costing her mucho $$$ and freaking out her webhosting company. But I see now she's switched companies and some nice person has offered to mirror her site.

    I know. The food is just...unspeakable. Really, what the hell were people thinking in the '70s? Bell-bottoms, shag carpets, avocado-green kitchen appliances, and food like this--it's the decade that can't be explained!
