weight watchers anyone?

  1. A bunch of co-workers seem to be doing well with their weight watchers diets.(Though their cabbage soup doesn't interest me) Does anyone know of a website to get the recipies for weight watchers? It is so expensive to join and I just can't swing it. I know everything has a point and you are allowed so many in a day. Thanks.('Scuse me, my stomach was growling.)

Just some free advice, if you don't mind. It doesn't matter what weight loss plan you choose, if you go back to your old evil ways you will gain it all back. I lost a lot of weight on weight watchers and fell right back into my sweet tooth habits and gained it all back plus 15. If you aren't going to change your lifestyle permanently, just stay at the weight you are because yo yoing is so much worse than being over weight as far as your health is concerned.
    Good luck.

Yup, fedupnurse's advice is right on the money. I also lost weight with Weight Watchers two years ago and gained it back. I'm now following the plan on my own and am slowly losing the weight, but I must see it as a lifetime "plan", not a temporary diet. The battle is in the mind... :stone
