  1. Hi everyone. Here is my news I have lost a total of 10 pounds so far! I have exercised every day last week except one. Not too bad. I have eaten a couple of things that I shouldn't have but today I am back on track. My goal weight is 150lbs and I have alot to lose. How is everyone else doing?

    Feels so great to be winning the battle, doesn't it?

    I love the sumer months here in Maine, because I am so much better about maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I love to bike and eat lots of fresh veggies and fruits. The winter brings on the ol' carbo cravings and I start to veg...not good!

    I am about 20# from where I want to be, (down 12#), and seem to be having the hardest time losing that last bit since I have hit my mid 40's...but I am not giving in! Off for a bike ride later on today...Of course, I NEED to catch up on the boards here fisrt.
