  1. Good Morning!

How about a healthy breakfast of whole grain cereal or oatmeal, with some boiled eggs for long term energy today. Some blueberries thrown in for health? Or how about some donuts and bacon, egg and cheese!

I hope all Premium Members feel welcome to stop by and say hello and tell us how you are today and what's going on!

Mornin early birds! Bacon, egg over med, and cheddar on a buttered english muffin sounds like the ticket for me. Enjoy.

I love breakfast. It really should be supper for me. Beddy bye time comes with sun up. Apple juice is good but today I prefer orange.

I've been alternating days, but I drink a watered down pure cranberry juice (no sugar, so it's nice and tart) and pomagrannite (sp?) juice for the antioxidants. I eat oranges so I don't drink the juice.

You healthy people! Ok I'll have some fresh fruit and yogurt with some crunchy oats. That's more likely to keep me up for the drive home anywho. If I eat that sandwich I'll be asleep before I hit the highway. Welcome Shellyjellybelly! Stick around.

Thanks for the welcome. I'll be up for a bit longer. I'll eat my most favorite breakfast(pancakes, heavy syrup, crisp bacon, hashbrowns and a large glass of whole milk), then drift off into a carbohydrate coma for about 8-10 hours.....Oh No, I mean oatmeal with 1/2 banana and a 4oz glass of fat free milk after my 30 min cardiovascular work out THEN I will fall asleep like a rock until it's time to get up for work.

    Good Morning to All

Well, at work; BUSY!!! I am going to find it very hard to stay awake this AM---DH & I are supposed to go to a Funeral this AM. Don't know how I will stay awake.

I was off Monday nite & truly rested well. But tonite has just worn me down!!

Tweety, I think I will help myself to some of your breakfast, I think I will have the cereal with blueberries & maybe some soy milk with that. LOTS of coffee!! Thanks. Tweety, are you working today? How were your 4 days off?

Shelly welcome to the Morning Thread!!

    Hello misschelie!!

You all have a wonderful day--I probably won't get back until tomorrow.

Hi Mary Ann. Yes, off to work today and I'd best get busy getting ready. The four days off were productive, fun and relaxing. I'm ready for retirement.

    Morning everyone,

I just stopped by for a few posts to soon be off to hiding and studying! :chuckle

This means no work, no phone, no cell phone, no chores, no nothing. I am going to be anti-social for the day so I can get my stuff done. I have been worried about everyone else this past week..............so I need to destress and rejuvenate myself

    Love you all,
