Yes, but not always on the day itself. I'm in nursing, he's in grocery, so we're usually both working on V-Day. This year we're both off.

We usually do card and gift, but nothing too crazy. Sometimes we do dinner. My bday is the week before Valentines, so I usually get a nice gift then and something small on Valentines.

Tonight I think we are heading out to dinner and a movie, but not neccesarily for Valentines. I did get my hubby a great Colts jersey and a SuperBowl champs hoodie for a gift since he is such a fan, thought he would like it.

No partner here. Anyone want to fix me up? Nice looking Christian, kind, comfortably well off and looking for a forever after. Well, that should do for starters.

My son was born on 2/12. He'll be 15 on Monday. Since it was a planned C, I tried to schedule it for Valentine's Day, but we didn't know I'd need one until sometime in January and by that time, the 14th was full up.

We will, not on the 14th, but on Friday. We usually do the dinner-out thing on Fridays anyway, but we're going to some fancy place he picked out (he won't tell me where it is).

Ah, kids need to know mom and dad like each other. . . . .

It is usually low-key for us . . . although this year I'm thinking of dinner and a bed and breakfast place . . . .

I don't think it will happen on Valentines, but our Anniversary is on the 22nd . So instead of eating at my favorite seafood place I could be eating via IV...lol

I had a BF ~ 3-4 years ago, we went shopping @ all the Thrift stores in the area and he bought me an office chair--$15! (Well, I had to TELL him that's what it was for!)

If anyone is going to fix me up, all I require is a y chromosone and a pulse.

Might wanna throw "good personal hygiene" in your standards. You never know what you might get.
