Two pieces of big news.

  1. First- well I did it, I start the BSN program this month. 22 months intensive- 1 class every 5 weeks with no time off. I know I have to do it but the thought about going back to school makes me want to vomit.

So here's the second piece of news: I GREW A NURSE. My daughter told me the other day that she will finish her BS at Penn State but she won't be going to med school. After graduation she plans to enroll in a bridge program BS to BSN in 11 months. Yup, that's right she wants to be a nurse. I'll take this news any day. Happy mom here.

Congrats to you both! Are you in Immaculata's Program? Several nurses I work with are in it and have enjoyed it. One graduates this May.

Glad to see you grew a nurse... she will be seasoned enough to replace my position in 20 years!
