right now my back is really hurting that is why i am here now. can't sleep not to mention a lot of things going through my mind.

dh started a new job on on the 3rd. when hired 3 weeks ago (gave 2 wk notice to old job.) the new boss changed something with his business and dh will only get paid on th 15th & the last day of the month. well his first check won't be until oct. 31 b/c his time card will not go in until oct. 15th.

Good Morning Angie, and everyone else as well,Since I can't get the smilies to work, just imagine me standing here waving and smiling at y'all, O.K? - and then heading off to the buffet. Sounds great. I haven't had a delicious Allnurses breakfast in ages. YummmmAngie, so sorry to hear about the problems with your Dh's pay. I know only too well how miserable it can be to try stretching the pennies. I remember a time when I truly did not have enough money to buy a postage stamp. We were living on ~$1.00 a day. Had to decide if we would use the car or have dinner. Hubby fishing for food and daughter and I picking berries. Ugh :-( No fun at all. And to have your back acting up, AND depression is pretty dang overwhelming. Rest assured you and your family will be in my prayers. ((((((((((Angie))))))))))Since I have to get up to give Dh a ride to work at 0530 so I can use the car tomorrow - and since that is in like 4 1/2 hours - I'd better get to sleep!See y'all later-P.S. Just editing this to apologize for the appearance of one, long run-on sentence. Really not my fault - site not working quite right. No paragraphs, no smilies etc. Bye again -

    Good morning.

Angie, I'm sorry things aren't going well for you. I'll send up a prayer.

I'm working overtime myself today. It's mainly a favor to my manager as she said "remember all I do for you, now just say yes and work". Guilt trip. LOL.

Good morning everyone! Angie, I said a little prayer for you, and for everyone on this board.

No school for me today. :hatparty: The kiddos were home yesterday, too bad I had to go to school...would have loved sleeping in. I was the only one that had to get up! lol DH worked from home yesterday as well.

That's ok...I'll be the one taking a nap later! :chuckle

DH's half-niece is in critical condition after a motorcycle accident. Her husband didn't make it, and they have a child. She has brain damage, but I'm not sure to what extent. So, please extend your prayers to that family as well.

Everyone make sure to tell the people you love that you love them, never go to bed angry, never leave without saying you're sorry and I love you. You never know when your life will be changed dramatically, and the last words were some you would regret.

Have a great day, I pray each of you has an over abundance of energy to make it through the day, or a really good nap, if you're home! HAHAHAHA

Angie you and your family are in my prayers,
Hello and good morning Weetziebat, Donny, and Tweety,
I know how you feel right now Jess, I'm just on the tail end of sinus congestion & stuffiness, those warm fluids and soups really make me feel better,
Fun, I'm so sorry to hear about your DH's half-neice, and I will definately send some prayers out to her family as well.

I thought this pic was soooo cute that I just had to share.

    Wishing everyone a:

    Good morning, everyone.

Angie, you're definitely in my prayers too. And Donny's idea was a good. One. I've been on the receiving end of church food. We didn't even belong to the church who helped us out. It's hard to do, but on the other hand, once you're on your feet again you'll have plenty of oppurtunity to give back.

Donny, I know how difficult it is for you, too. You aren't forgotten in all this.

Tweety, I'm always a sucker for the gult trips managers lay on me. I've got to learn to stop because every time I volunteer we get slammed big time.

Jessica, soup, tea, and a cozy blanket to wrap in.

Fun, your half neice and her child are also in my prayers.

Dusk, the penguin is cute. You have a great day.

It sounds like October is a rough month for a lot of us. Hang in there folks. somehow, someway it will get better.

Mornin', DusktilDawn. You find some of the cutest piccys. Hope you are having a wonderful day.

Hi, cyberkat. Whatcha got up your sleeve today???

See ya'll later. I will be researching dz today.

Up me sleeve...well besides my arm...

I'm off again today. We have been desperately trying to housetrain this puppy and it isn't working a bit. Yesterday I kept her in her crate all day only to take her outside to play. And still she managed to pee and poop in the house the minute she walks in. I don't know what to do about her. I let her out this morning, she ran to the kitchen and pooped before she got to the door.

Anybody have any ideas? I take her out hourly. I really don't have the time to sit for hours in the rain to wait for her to finally give up and potty.

Anyway, other than that, it's ok. I had a huge argument with dd. She has a foul mouth when she's mad. I told her no, she could not have friends sleep over last night even though they go into school late today. And what did she do? She had them sleep over. I told her she's grounded for 3 days, and that includes handing over her cell phone.

Of course, she got nasty, said she's got news for me and that she's doing whatever she wants and won't give me the phone. Using cuss words throughout.

I told her, calmly, that she sounds like trash when she talks like that, and she attacked my parenting.

Now what do I do? I guess we'll have to shut her phone off for a while to teach her a lesson. I also told her that if she goes anywhere, I'm calling her friends' parents.

She can be such a sweetheart, but the minute she doesn't get her way she turns into a little demon. Her brother isn't like that a bit. Even her older brother when he was going through his drinking didn't behave like this.

See what a can of worms you just opened Siri?:chuckle
