    Good morning everyone.

Not a work day for me...well not in the "Technical Working" terms...

I have laundry, and cleaning to do. I need to change the sheets again, one of the dogs puked on the bed this morning. I would much rather have had the alarm wake me but oh well...Need to go food shopping, bank, post office, yadda-yadda-yadda...

I do have a busy day but with the rain outside and the dreary appearance my couch, a blanket and a movie are looking pretty good too!

Check back later and hope everyone has a great day!

Good morning. Another grey day here - we're told that spring will be here eventually...one day... soon... some time... maybe...

Got some great news yesterday about one of my writing projects and it looks like my never-ending referencing project may be actually ending. That would be nice. I think I've had it up to the wazoo on Overactive bladder.

Good morning everyone. The sun is shining and the temp will get up to 76 according to the weatherman. This morning I left the house for work at 0615. My pt. was about 40 miles from home. I got half way there when I got the call that my pt. had died and that I'd be doing visits instead. So I came back home so I could chat with you. But I have to leave in 10 minutes so the chat will be short.
To all my friends...Have a wonderful God blessed day.

Dog Butt....Ewwwww!!!! My girlie dog is very clean. She spends hours cleaning herself everyday. I think this comes from being the only dog in a house with 2 cats for so long. The little guy is a slob. He is 12 pounds but thinks he is a 200 pound Rottweiler! He lives by the motto "Ooh, a pile of putrid slop...Let's roll in it"...YUP, that would be the one who puked on me this morning. He is so small that when we wash him we use a giant spackle bucket filled with warm soapy water and my husband grabs him under the front paws (arm-pits) and dunks him in it...he lifts him up and I scrub...The entire time he trashes back and forth growling at us...Then into the rinse cycle and a towel to dry him. I have to get it on film sometime...we laugh every time we do it. It takes a total of 3 minutes and afterward he is usually all licks and wagging like crazy...He also requires more vet visits than any animal I have ever owned...He is challenging but we love him dearly. He is our problem child.

BTW, see my avatar? That would be the 2 mutts in the wee hours of the morning . He is the crooked set of eyes!

Good afternoon, everyone! Another rainy, drizzly, grey day in the northeatern US, but there's a beauty in it somehow. Something about the hazy film in and around the hills and the reflection of everything in the wet, black streets of the village below us. The monster storm from a day or two ago really spared us; we had no more than two to three inches of snow. Then it rained. It was awesome to look at, but now it's gone, and the grass is green... spring ought to be on it's way.

Still having difficulty with the tragedy at Virginia Tech. I cannot wrap my mind around the fact that someone could cause so much destruction to so many people and for what? My niece is college age. The really frightening thing is that it could happen anywhere. My campus, the one over across town, the one in the next county... anywhere.

I'm being productive. I had a good aerobic workout. I have a major exam tomorrow, and I'm reviewing and reviewing and reviewing some more. Cleaned the kitchen, and I've got the last load of laundry in the washer. Fred's gone to Lowe's; one of his power tool drill thingy's died. I don't know what it is, but he seemed upset. Thank goodness for Christmas gift cards!

You all be well and be blessed.

    Peace.

don, the one tool that you absolutely have to have always breaks when you need it the most...

when i had the big dog she would turn around until she could get the hiney as close to my face as possible before she would lay down
little dog was a toy poodle and she always tucked her tail in beore she laid down

cfs in high gear this am been stick around for a while..when i am feeling a little better i will get out and walk that always helps the most if i can force myself out there

i told someone else this am i think i need to get a life. the only time i seem to be productive is at work-and not always then if census is low. the rest of my time is spent reading or watching tv-and i hate sitting still.
