We absolutely cannot say enough wonderful things about our brave men and women serving to protect our precious United States of America!!!! They have my unconditional love and gratitude for their sacrifices and determination to keep our country free. Many that are protecting us are just young kids that haven't even really had the chance to experience the fullness of life and I pray that they come safely home to us and can have a full and happy life. God Bless them and God Bless America!!!!!!

Since I posted a pic of daughter #2 in her Navy uniform....I might as well be fair and post a pic of daughter #1 in her Army uniform. Thank God....they are both no longer active duty. Whew!!! :kiss

BTW.....both pics of my kids were taken just as they graduated from Basic Training.

Keeping good thoughts for all those who serve and have served this great nation of ours, including my daughter who is a full-time Master Sgt. in the Air National Guard. I am very proud of her. Only those who have served in the profession of arms know the sacrifices that have been made, and will continue to be made to preserve the freedom we take for granted.

Hi Renee........I ordered the CD from half.com yesterday for $12.95 total including shipping. Thanks for bringing it to my attention. When I was in the army, our favorite song was "Soldier Boy" by the Shirelles. Long time ago.
