    100 mile traffic jams in Texas.. I remember when this happend during Floyd I believe it was.

    some ppl moving 100 yds per hour..

    Another totally botched up evacuation plan. My dd#2 and family turned around, went back to Houston to their home, and are staying put. They have no other choice at this point.
