Hi Tweery and All Who Come after

Hope you have a great day!! I, for one, will tell you I had a really bad nite! I was Charge--You know I hate that!!

We are absolutely FULL!! The whole hospital is full to the brim!!

I will help myself to some of your lovely breakfast buffett. I am dying of thirst tonite, anyway.

I did not go to the Funeral yesterday, as I felt so bad after work. My legs simply wouldn't take anymore walking.

Well, nothing planned for the day so I guess I'll rest my achy joints.

    See you all

Hope everyone has a great day.

    Morning everyone!

Tweety....have a great day at work....I bless you with no admissions and happy, content alert and oriented people who only want to make their nurse happy! well, and take care!

Jess....good luck on your exam. Knowledge vibes being sent your way! ((((You are brilliant))))

    Kay...enjoy your days off!

    Sleep well, Dusk!

As for me, nothing much happening. Laundry to put away and more laundry to do. I'm still in the process of putting away summer clothes and pulling out the fall/winter wardrobe. Problem is multifold: 1) I have too many kids and not enough drawer space. 2) I don't have the time to do it.

Such is life with little kids!

I have a major life decision brewing that I'd want all your opinions on, but I don't have time to go into it now. Maybe later.

    Have a great day everyone!

    Good morning, everyone.

Tweety, have a great day at work.

Mary Ann, take a warm bath, then a nice long snooze.

Madwife, I'd love to live somewhere where I could walk along the beach when I wanted to.

Jess, good luck on your test. You'll do great.

    Dusk, get plenty of sleep.

Jennifer, I'm with you on the laundry. Seems that's what I do on my days off. Ah well, at least we have clothes to wash. Yesterday I purged my closet. I had 3 trash bags for Goodwill when I was done.

Everyone to follow, have a wonderful day!

tweety, thanks for starting the cheer me up

mary...rub those legs with some alcohol and elevate them...isn't that what you would tell a pt

jess those portabellas are those the large ones that you stuff???

dusky sleep tight dream of the break room

jess decisions that you will have to live with the consequences are always rough...get input, think it over and then ACT...take it from a procrastinator [who can't spell] non action is the worse decision

kat you are smart .. something that you haven't used in a while becomes clutter and it is better to give it to someone who can use it the clothes left in the closet can take a deep breath

take care of yourselves today . will try and drop by later

    Hello Morning Glories.

This makes the third attempt to get on the GM thread. MANY computer probs today and this is not my computer. Mine as you know, died.

Hello, Tweety. Hope you have a great day. Thanks, once again, for starting the GM thread. Thanks for the breakfast. I will have the full buffet.

Hey, Jess. (sorry, my angel emoticon will not work). You will do just fine on that exam, I just know it.

Hello, nursemary.Get those achy joints oiled and rested.

Hi, cyberkat. What have you got planned today?

Hello, chatsdale. Where did you run off to????

Hi, jkaee. Now don't go getting dish pan hands with all that cleaning.

Hi, Kay. Yes, a very nice morning here, too. Looks like Fall just might come after all down here.

Awww, DusktilDawn. The kitty is sooo cute. :hatparty: Sleep well today.

    See ya'll later, possum lovers.

Well, one more shift, and I am off for 2 (actually 1 1/2). :chuckle

One of our house dr's had her baby, and her "fill in" wrote some orders that even I could not understand. How, in anyone's world, can someone write "Hold Zocor while on Z-pac" when the person is not ON Zocor? :uhoh21: Basically, I questioned the whole order/chart....that is how I felt. Gut feelings.

I think I will have a heart attack special.....bacon and bagels. I will skip the cream cheese.

    Wishing you a great day...

Ahhh, glorious some laundry put away, and finally did the summer/winter clothes switch for my kids. Now I have an idea who need what to get thru the rest of the fall and winter....thankfully it's not that much! (Thanks to my dearest best friend who is a shopper of all things on sale and hand me downs! )

Ok, here's the situation real quick. My husband is miserable with his professional life, and personal life in a way. What he really wants to do is go back to school to study theology/ministry and ultimately teach at the college level. On the other hand, he's also thinking about going to nursing school ( ) because he wants to feel he's making a difference to people and the flexible schedule. (he wants to work weekends so that we can homeschool our kids and be together more). The problem lies in where we live. We simply could not afford school here in the greater Phila region. The school we wants to go to is in Virginia (Liberty University) where we could afford it. Also, if we sell our house here, we could buy a house with land down there outright (NO MORTGAGE!!). It would make financial sense to make the move down there, but of course there's the other side of the coin. All my family is up here. Our friends. And I know my oldest daughters father will try to fight us if we try to move out of state. I don't think I have it in me to go thru another court battle.
My husband thinks we should go for it, if God wants us there then He will bring us there. He also thinks we should stick to our guns with my dd father.
There is obviously more to think about and hash out, but my middle 2 are fighting, so I'd better go make peace there. Any ideas, anyone?
