this is my kind of diet!!

  1. Stress Diet



    Breakfast

    1/2 Grapefruit

    1 slice whole wheat toast

    8 oz skim milk

    Lunch

    2 oz lean broiled chicken breast

    1cup steamed zucchini

    Herb tea

    1 Oreo cookie

    Mid-Afternoon Snack

    Rest of package of Oreos

    1 quart Rocky Road ice cream

    1 jar hot fudge

    Dinner

    2 loaves garlic bread.

    1 large pitcher of Coke

    1 large pepperoni and mushroom pizza

    4 Milky Way candy bars

    1 entire frozen cheesecake eaten directly from freezer

    DIET TIPS:

    1. If no one sees you eat it, it has no calories.

    2. If you drink a diet soda with a candy bar, they cancel each other out.

    3. When eating with someone else, calories don't count if you both eat the same amount .

    4. Food used for medicinal purposes never counts. Examples are hot chocolate, toast, Lemon Coolers, and Sara Lee cheesecake.

    5. If you fatten up everyone else around you, you will look thinner.

    6. Movie-related foods don't count because they are simply part of the entire entertainment experience and not a part of one's personal fuel intake. Such foods include, but are not limited to, Milk Duds, hot buttered popcorn, Junior Mints, and red licorice.

    7. Cookie pieces contain no calories. The process of breakage causes calorie destruction.

    Also, if a cookie is broken in the package, all the calories leak out so that is also a freebie food.

    This diet sounds toooo familiar to me. I always start out great in the a.m. with my grapefruit and cereal and then by the end of the day I can't get the pizza and cheese cake into my mouth fast enough. :chuckle
