Things that always make you laugh.

  1. There are some things that always quarantee a laugh from me. I don't laugh near enough. I find I've forgotten a lot of things that have really cracked me up and could use some reminding. This will jog my mind, I guess. Besides, I love lists. :chuckle

Home Video bloopers. Any episode of Funniest Home Videos. I hardly ever see them anymore. Also, those funny amimal videos on Animal Planet.

    Several of Bill Murray's movies.

Groiundhog Day...especially the scene whete the groundhog drives the truck.

A scene in Larger Than Life (though not a generally good movie) where he hi-jacks a semi-truck and has no idea how to drive it. That one scene is worth the whole movie.

    What About Bob.

The chase scene at the end of What's Up Doc in SF Chinatown. I love the scene where the garbage cans all come rolling down the street.

Of course, several memories from my past...the two drivers licenses, the easter bag, the parade..etc. :chuckle

This is just the beginning. Remind me, people.

How about that scene from THE JERK, where Steve Martin's character is laying in bed, saying, "That first day felt like a week...but that day you went to your Mother's, well, that just felt like a day..." (Remember that?) If you've never seen it, rent it!

Death Therapy- Yes- the neurotic and compulsive Bill Murray matched with Richard Dreyfuss (Freudian Pychiatrist) were greater than great.
Nicholas Cage in Raising Arizona- redifined the word redneck.
I lol for hours when I watch the Blue Collar Comedy Tour.....I recently found out that I am a Redneck (I have the absence of sophistication).
I cannot help myself- but I always laugh when someone passes gas. Gotta stop it, how rude of me....

ME!!! Seems I laugh at myself more than anyone else! (Oh there is one of my brothers that always is a hoot also).

Some of the ads on TV are very funny...and I kinda enjoy the Red Green Show to PBS!

as stupid as they were, i used to crack up at the 'ernest' movies....
    ernest goes to camp
    ernest goes to jail

totally unsophisticated humor that would confiscate any shred of decorum that i had left.

exactly what i was going to post. also i always laugh when i think about a scene in the movie Waynes World: garrth is making a donut man and playing with on the table in the restaurant. He says " hey mr. donut man who's trying to eat you." and the donut man says "i don't know but they better not."

this probably seems weird to most here but i found this scene hilarious!

watching toddlers waddling about and young children trying to get their point across with words such as cattlepiller (caterpillar), hosterbottle (hospital). "My monmmy works at the hosterbottle."
I love to hear little ones recite the alphabet, every child gets stuck on
"MNLOP" (LMNOP)............kids are such fun to listen to...
