    [font=book antiqua] the homonym thing only works if we all speak the same way, which we definitely do not. when i was in 1st grade, we did this, and i had just moved to nyc from upstate. imagine my confusion when my teacher said:
    flaw and floor were homonyms....not to me, they weren't!

    here's one that is relatively safe:

    excellent point! i'd had no idea that flaw was a homonym to floor!
