Taking its toll on me

  1. Hello again. I need to tell you that while I'm incredibly thankful for mom's miraculous recovery, the whole ordeal is taking its toll on me physically. For example, I'm sitting here typing and my pulse rate will suddenly skyrocket to 120 BPM with no effort at all om my part I'm also felling some big-time chest discomfort and tightness. I have Mitral Valve Prolapse so this is probably it rearing its ugly head again. Right now it hurts to take a deep breath. So I think I'll lie down now and pray that the sensation passes. It is very hard to forget about ourselves while worrying about family. I'm glad to hear about your mom's great recovery, but now it is time to take care of yourself.

    Take care! :kiss
