  1. Okay, I'm a loser! I went to class last night and forgot to press record on my VCR. What did I miss?

Well, we found out that the more remote parts of Thailand are as gorgeous as they are treachorous; that Robb the bartender is the biggest, dumbest tool in the box; that Brian, the ex-porn star/current car salesman that everyone thought was going to be so outrageous is actually kind of low-key and seems like a nice enough guy; that producer Mark Burnett has finally decided to stop perpetuating the lazy black guy stereotype; that the members of the Sook Jai tribe, while collectively young and pretty, are argumentative and not too bright or organized; and members of the Chuay Gahn tribe apparently didn't care much for being bossed around.

Whole episode is going to be rerun tomorrow night if you want another chance to catch it.

Thailand is one beautiful place! I was in complete awe of its beauty! :kiss

Didn't like that large slithering snake however...

I won't name any names as yet in order to give them all more time to prove themselves on the show, but let's just say, I had lots of laughs watching the first show. :chuckle

I went to Thailand when I was 14. We mostly stayed in Bangkok and the north regions, but it is beautiful!

I went to Thailand when I was 25, on R&R from doing Uncle Sam's dirty work. Beautiful place, spent 7 days there. I thought about deserting and not going back to my unit, but I couldn't figure out how I was going to live on $600/year. People were great, especially out in the boonies. I went with a friend to her village in the North, I bought a pig and they prepared it for the whole village, I was the guest of honor. One week I'll never forget.

Doesn't everyone think that somehow that stupid Rob will end up not getting voted off for sheer entertainment value?? I don't know about the rest of you, but if I'm out in BFE, I would appreciate someone stepping up and being the leader. Just me...

You say it like skinny-dipping is a bad thing?

I've skinny dipped a time or two in my younger days as an adult woman. Loved every exuberant minute of it, too! Ahhhhhhh....sooooo refreshing to skinny dip! Try it! You just might like....LUV...it!!! :chuckle :kiss

There is some GORGEOUS beefcake on this new Survivor!! Too bad they're all young enough to be my sons......My 20 YO daughter thinks the dip-wad with the skateboard is hot, even if he does have a .22 caliber brain in a .357 Magnum world. (But then, she's obsessed with the whole "skater" culture....can't wait till she's over this particular phase.) Some of these other kids, though........WOW. Hope they last awhile!!

As for skinny-dipping: Oregonians do it too (well, THIS one does, anyway)
