G'day Grace!! Thanks for starting the thread!! I'm looking at the clock: 8:15 pm, LOL! That's SATURDAY, up-over, West Coast time! Hope your day is going well!

Naughty Gracie Grace you are ...uh huh...I expected to see Sunday's thread with your name alllllllllllllllllllllllllllll over it before I retired for the night.

Top of the morning to ya Gracie..............and you can STILL wish me a "Goodnight" since it's only 1042 hour in my neck of the woods.

Yes, going to beddy bye to the tune of my rest and relaxation CD as I lay in bed staring up at my table top (on the dresser really) Christmas Tree that I refuse to take down until the lights don't work on it anymore. It's so pretty...I just can't bring myself to take it down just yet, stays put until I get the notion to take it down.

Okay Grace...since you want it to be morning up over, where's our breakfast? Coffee for the nightowls? Newspaper for those who would rather not look at each other across the breakfast table so early in the morning? I'll have some hot cocoa with lots of whip cream in it, okay? Be back in the "down under" evening time for you, and the "up over" REAL mornin' time for me. :flowersfo

you're such a 'dag', renee! sleep tight m'dear. and you keep that christmas tree out for as llllooonnngggg as you want! there's no rule saying you must dismantle it just coz it's new year!!!! :chuckle

    now, for the breakfast............

    strawberry/banana/berry yoghurt/oj, smoothie. trust me, it's delicious!
    then, if you're still hungry:........
    bowl of cornflakes
bacon, egg, mushrooms and tomato on toast.
    cup of tea or coffee
or;..... glass of milk or oj.

you realise, of course, i never had all of this today! nuh uh! not with this darn gastric reflux we're trying to get under control. :stone

we've got a hot summers day here in oz today people! thank heavens for air-conditioning!

dh just called out to tell me that a young woman was killed by a shark here on the east coast. the place is named amity!! same as in the movie "jaws". that's scary! so sad. she was just a kid. we've had several shark deaths here off the south australian coast in the past couple of years. and a big "white pointer" was sighted on friday close to the beaches. guess we'll stick to just going for the early morning beach walks!

one of the other posters who has now moved here to live in oz, emailed me the other day. he's living and working in melbourne. he's amazed at how we here in oz, always have two nurses go to the pts bedside and oversee/administer dd's. since i know no other way, it's what we've always done here, i'm amazed that he's amazed!!
i would have thought it was a sureproof way of protecting both patient and staff. do you folks "up/over" not do your dd administration this way? i'm curious to know.

well folks, ds has come home with a movie for us to "veg out" with for the afternoon. so, i'll bid ye farewell for now and go and watch the movie.

    to those sleeping... sweet dreams.
    to those working ...:icon_hug: :angel2:
to those awake .... have a great sunday!!

    cheers from me "down under!"
