Sometimes speaking up pays off!!

  1. As y'all know I quit my job at Head Start last Friday. I had an exit interview last Wednesday and laid it on the line about the unprofessionalism at one center. I found out today that the supervisor was... drum roll ... FIRED!!!

I feel SOOO good and vindicated!!

Just thought I'd pass on the good news!!

Evil prevails because good men do nothing.

In this case, you spoke up and something good came out of it. Congrats for speaking up! I know sometimes it can be hard.

Last April I had the same experience in HH. The owner who now has 9 branches and has been in business for 25 years has only fired one person in all that time. Drum roll please....after I told her what was going on she fired the DON and the Case Manager! After that employees were calling me at home thanking me. I'm now back there PRN. Doing 1 or 2 admits on the weekends. The two who got fired are now working somewhere else together!
