Something serious to think about

  1. I know I have been involved in posting and responding to some "capricious" threads recently. I find the humor and cameraderie at allnurses to be a great stress reliever. But there are times when I do feel the need to get more serious and discuss deeper issues. Now is one of those times. So please feel free to post a response to this issue, or just think about it, even if you keep those thoughts to yourself. IMO. deep thought about serious issues helps to build character and develop tolerance for others' views and opinions. So lets start building some character here at Allnurses.

I agree. I've been reading these boards for awhile and I feel generally we are pretty good at keeping serious issues serious...

Are we spending time thinking deep thoughts for practice and balance?

Or are we supposed to come up with deep thought ideas for threads?

I have thought about this until my head is spinning.

    I must be too shallow....
