Someone broke into my house....arghh

  1. I discovered that someone broke into my house yesterday while I was at school sometime between 8:30 in am and noon.

The pressure of first semester nursing school is bad enough and then add to that the creepy feeling that someone was in my home and who knows if they were in my house when I got home at lunchtime...well it is not a good feeling.

    Sigh........Life sure gets crazy sometimes.
    Thanks for listening.

Geez, I am so sorry that happened to you. It's terrible when someone can take away your security. :icon_hug:

Wow, the nerve of some people. Glad to read that everyone is okay including the furr balls.

Report it promptly and hopefully there will be a crook catch soon.

That stinks. I feel terrible for all of you, and especially your son, since my son is a huge video game fan also, and I know how much money and time goes into building a collection. I hope the cops catch the responsible scumbag(s). Glad the kitties are home, safe and sound.

I'm so happy that no one was hurt, and that your cats are safe. It's awful that this happened; you're supposed to fee safe in your own home. I sincerely hope that the people who did this are caught and punished. :icon_hug:

I'm sorry that happened. I know the feeling. To know a criminal was in your house going through your stuff is creepy.

(((((((((hugs))))))))) I hope the theives are caught soon, and your things returned to your son. Glad no one was hurt in your home. :kiss

Have a gf in TX who recently had their home broken into. Her son's video games, gameboy, XBox, etc. were all stolen while they were on vacation. She thinks it was a boy whom she let cut their grass for a time. So far, nothings been recovered.

I have had the pleasure of being burgled. It's not a pleasant one. Don't count on the cops catching anyone unless you have serial numbers of everything taken. After our robbery we took digital pictures of all our valuables and stashed the disc away. Hopefully we'll never have to use it.

For me it would be not the stuff, but the feeling that someone was in the house, and possibly could come back. The lack of common respect and the feeling of invasion, terrible.
