So, what's for dinner?

  1. I love to cook, but I don't get too creative except on my days off. Tonight it's marinated pork loin chops stuffed with spinach, (I'm not a meat eater to speak of, but every now and then have to concede to hubby's tastes) sweet potatoes, fresh oatmeal bread.

    I've got extra - dinner's at 6 .

Fair warning - tomorrow it will more likely be PB&J.

Yuu-mmee! Your dinner sounds much better!!

We'll be having baked cavatini and garlic bread...anything I can just throw in the oven is a wonderful meal We are major pasta eaters, but my son would prefer to eat a "meat & potatoes" meal everynight--Nope

Since it is just me for dinner........and my little Princey-poo who always sits close by to grab a snack or two off my plate......spoiled little guy.........anyhoo.......

Dinner: third day in a row eating it. It had ham chunks in it.....tasty meal as I love cabbage, and I think I'm starting to emit a "cabbage odor" after eating it the last three days. :chuckle

I had left over skinless chicken, so ate a couple pieces of that, too. I'm trying to only eat veggies, fruit, and meat so I can lose lots and lots of weight.

    However........for snack I ate a Snicker's bar......
