Scariest movie you have ever seen???

  1. What is the scariest movie you have ever seen??

I'm going to tell you, but you have to promise not to laugh. For me it was one of those low budget Horror movies called Parasite. Demi Moore was in it before she got to be a big star.

I think the reason it scared the cr@p out of me is b/c I had recently become a nurse, and saw my first few dead people. Well, the dead people in this movie had such good makeup, it looked soooo realistic, I honestly felt sick to my stomach. My girlfriend was thinking this was one of those goofy movies, and didn't want to leave the theatre when I begged her to go to the girl's room with me (scared to go myself!! LOL!) The guys would not come, probably fixated on Demi Moore's boobs or something!

Finally, after trying to close my eyes I still felt sick from listening to it, my friend came out of the movie with me. We smoked a few cigs in the ladies room, which you were allowed to do back then.

But, man, this movie really made me ill, almost tossed cookies.

The next scariest movie, with a similar result was Silence of the lambs. When they showed that killer try on his "coat"...mmmmstomach started to churn, had to leave the room, while hubby watched the rest himself.

Last one that creeped me out was Hideaway with Jeff Goldblum and Alicia Silverstone. This was based on the one Dean Koontz book that really creeped me out, the details of the killings, was definitely, to me, his grossest book, and why I rented the movie, I'll never know. Anyway, like an idiot, I was watching that movie myself. It was sooo scary, I turned off the tape, and never finished it. Of course I had to watch some happy TV for an hour before I could go to bed.

WAIT!! Almost forgot A Nightmare on Elm Street. My friend asked me to stay over with her, since her boyfriend was going to be out all night at his bachelor party. She figured we could go out and get really toasted, and I wouldn't have to drive home. So, what do we do when we get back? Pop in this video. Don't watch this after drinking folks. I felt like a little kid for the first time in years that night, b/c I laid awake convinced every sound, in this strange house, was Frddy threatening to invade my dreams.

OK, now you know what a chicken shyt I am, what about you?? Am I the only scardy cat out there??

Amityville Horror....... Could not go into the incinerator room in my building for months.... because it reminded me of the basement in the movie

Evil Dead! Just thinking about it make me freak!

But the ultimate one is the Exoricst..... I can not even hear that movie..... It just freaks me out! Whenever it's on T.V. and my hubbie is watching I leave the room, the house..... whatever... and if it's at night and he is watching it in bed....... I will make him leave the room and watch it elsewhere...... That movie gives me nightmare...... even now as an adult!

Absolutely horrible. Scared the snot out of me. Made "Silence of the Lambs" and "The Sixth Sense" look like happy fun land. No kidding.

lol, that movie was on Lifetime earlier today! I'd never heard of it before but it was pretty scary!

I LOVE scary movies, although The Exorcist is pretty scary (although I still like it :chuckle ) but the creepiest I've seen would probably be Rosemary's Baby.

...think I'm going to pop in a scary one after The Bachelor

I have fond memories of Silence of the Lambs-it was the first scary movie I got to see in the theatre-my cousin & I convince our aunt (neither of our moms ) to take us--I was only 9 and had my giant pepsi covering my eyes some of the time :roll But it started a love for thrillers!
