HI GRACE!!! Thanks for starting tomorrow's thread today. So, what happens tomorrow? Just joking.

I'm watching the Army and Air Force football game. Not too exciting as the score is Army:0 Air Force:43 and it's not even halftime.

Scored some great tickets for my brother. He loves the Cincinnati Bengals and I found 2 tickets online that were at the 50 yd line (primo seating) and row 3. He's going to squeal like a little girl! It's his Christmas present. We'll have to duke it out to figure out who will be the sober one. Probably me, because if you put a few beers in me I use words that would make a sailor blush.

Worked today and work Sat and Sun 12 hour shifts. Next week I will be looking at apts in Indy, already have 4 that I want to look at. Once I have it, it's getting all my crap and books moved. My dresser alone weighs over 200 pounds - much much more. Already applied to some hospitals in Indy and am waiting a response. One position is for NICU. Now, I have never had good luck getting a job in the NICU so I'm praying every day that God will put me in this path. There are mulitple positions available, hours flexible so I think my odds are good.

Hope everyone has a great Saturday, even though it's only Friday!

Hiya Grace, Tweety, Suzy and Siri...! It's after 9 pm here; I never get used to the idea that elsewhere it's lunchtime! Someday in the next couple of years, we're going to visit Australia and see what this up over-down under, yesterday-today-tomorrow business is all about!

I guess I don't have much to talk about this evening. I'll be better at posting when it's really Saturday, the 14th in my part of the world!!! We had snow flurries this afternoon and the appropriate cold temperatures to go with them. I think it's way too early to snow.

I'm outta hear for the evening; I'll be back tomorrow.

    Be well and be blessed!

    Peace.

Well, I might as well post here, rather than in the Fri nite thread, lol! Greetings to all and another thank-you from me to Grace for starting the thread. I'm SO glad to hear your dh is doing better!!! I'm sure he is relieved to feel more "human" again!

We've been VERY busy at work the past few days . . .and it's good to be home and have the weekend before us! I worked till 7pm, then picked up fast food for us, and when I entered the house, there sat some friends we hadn't visited with for some time! They had dropped their teen off at a friend's house, and were whiling away the time until they were to retrieve him. It was nice to see them (but I was hungry when I got home, and waited to eat till after 9:00, when they left)!! Always good to see friends!

Boy, I'm sleepy!!! Guess I'll try to hit the hay early and then wake up a little early, to choose tomorrow's songs from the hymnal. I've not much planned for the weekend. Dh plays banjo for a special arrangement done by the Men's Chorus on Sat. afternoon (I may go). Sat nite oldest ds is invited to a b-day party. Other than that it's same-old, same-old!!

    Y'all have a good day!!! --- D
