  1. Just found out that Bob Hope died. He was 100!

    The passing of an era. . . He brought a lot of smiles to a lot of people for a lot of years.

    I remember when I was a kid watching those old movies on Saturday afternoon. He was so funny. This just makes me so sad. Thanks for the memories Bob. You will will be fondly remembered and sadly missed.

    He died with a smile on his face... What a great entertainer he was and indeed he brought many smiles to many people. We will all miss you Bob, and thank you very much for all the laughter you created for so many people. Rest in peace buddy.

    I love Bob Hope movies.
    I remember during the Gulf War watching on TV as he supported and entertained the troops there.

    In that man there was associated so many happy memories of childhood and watching old movies on TV

    I think that to have that gift of bringing so much happiness to people makes for a very special person
