Hey Tracy! You know my hubby, the computer geek, well, he's a painter too!

So, if it's flat paint, you're pretty much screwed. You're gonna have to prime it and repaint.

If it's some kind of semi-gloss, glossy, satin, or oil based paint you'll have better luck. Crayons are wax, and if they get hot, they'll melt. He said hold a blow dryer on it and it will scrape off easier.

Good luck! My kid skipped the crayons and just used a pencil to write on the walls! I sent him back in with a big eraser!

Goo-gone is awesome. Try this web site:
    http://www.crayola.com/canwehelp/staintips/stain.cfm
It has solutions for the clean up of all kinds of crayola products. HHHMMM, wonder how I found that site anyway? lol

Oh, Tracy, you're probably just overreacting, the way my parents did when 3 year-old me drew a little mural with dark blue crayon on their custom blond oak panelling in the upstairs hallway. Which was still there when we sold the house 5 years later, 'cause they never did find a way to get it off without destroying the wood.

They got all upset when I drew in permanent black Magic Marker on their desk, too. Didn't they understand I was a very artistic, creative child and I needed an outlet?

Goo Gone also removes the paint

    Oxyclean works well

But I have a lovely BLACK crayon drawing 4+ years old from DS#1 on flat paint and I decided just to leave it till all of the boys are passed this stage...

    GOOD LUCK!

Hmm, my son skipped right past the crayon stage too, and became the 4 year old permanent magic marker wall artist, in my rented house!!! Was a repaint job! Thankfully my ex was a house painter...his only good use come to think of it
