I thought it would be nice to share some meals or recipes that were common in your part of the world.
This is a great appettizer when you have a few friends over.
cube a big block of velvita chese
pour in a can of cream of mushroom soup
1 or 2 cans (fresh if you can get them is better) of green chiles
a few shakes of granulated garlic
place in a microwave safe glass bowl (big)
Microwave until smooth taking out every few minutes to stir.
If you want you can put completed dip in a crock-pot to keep it warm as it tends to get a bit solidified.
Serve with tortilla chips
You can pour in some salsa to give it more of a bite if the chiles are canned.

[B]Key Lime Pie, very easy. (I can pick the key limes off of my tree in my back yard!)
4 large or extra large egg yolks
1 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup fresh key lime juice (approximately 12 Key limes)
Bake for 10-15 minutes at 350, in a graham cracker crust
Garnish with whipped cream if desired.
