We're all crunched for time, so I thought it would be great if we could each post a recipe or two that has been a huge timesaver. Let's keep this thread to just the recipes
- no recipe reviews or "That looks so good!" That way the recipes won't get lost
I have a couple to post, but my oven timer just went off, so I'll have to come back later.

I can't take credit for this, it's been on the Weight Watcher community site forever. (7 points.... 30 minutes mixing bowl to table) It's yummy. My kids love it.
3oz. light cream cheese, softened
2 tsp. light margarine, melted
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
2 cups cubed cooked chicken (the Perdue 10oz package = 2 cups)
1 Reduced fat crescent rolls (8oz. tube)
2 Tbsp skim milk
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, butter, salt, pepper milk and onion until blended. Stir in the chicken.
Separate crescent dough into four rectangles and pinch together the perforations to seal. Spoon 1/2 cup of chicken mixture into the center of the dough. Pull opposite corners of the dough to the center and seal to form the baseball seams.
Sprinkle each baseball with breadcrumbs and place on an un-greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350* for 20 minutes.
Makes 4 Baseballs/4 servings. Add a nice green salad (from a bag, of course! and you have dinner done!)
