Me too! I also voted for the South Dakota hospital and th hospital in Alaska.

The top five winning hospitals will receive Fun Centers. You can vote as many times as you would like by March 31, 2007. Please check back in April to see the list of hospitals that will receive Fun Centers.

Gosh you're right. But we can vote everyday until March 31. Good thing, since I've been to Alaska and know it's probably needed there, too. And then there's South Dakota......guess I need to use all 4 computers here!

While voting again, I clicked on a link to learn about this organization. A Heart of Gold award will be given to Robin McGraw. The gala is being hosted by Jamie Lee Curtis and Queen Latifah. Now this is an award show I'd love to see! Golden Globes, Academy pfffft! Show me some real people quietly doing great things.

They didn't obviously think Oregons childrens hospitals were worthy of mention..I did NOT vote!

Shriners Childrens hospital in Portland???????? Hello, one of the oldest in the NW! And it still is strong and awesome with many services for family being with their children during treatments! Helped by OHSU to provide services above and beyond the call of normal hospitals! Shame on them to not consider that hospital!

What other hospital didn't they put in!

Good program, but open it up Colgate to other hospitals that are worthy of having someone donate fun things to sick children! Or why make it the BEST hospital...why not help a hospital struggling? Sure they could use the help!

Sorry...but that is my take on not include a single one of Oregon's fine hospitals....and other states? Why so limited? What is the "elegable" hospitals criteria????

Since this is the first year I've been aware of this program, I don't know that they haven't donated to hospitals in Oregon. I'm not going to slam anyone who does kind things for any kids. Especially if I don't know who or what they've done before. Perhaps their criteria is that the greater need is there? I know Cook Children's, Dallas Childrens, etc. have so many programs, so many volunteers. Again, I won't NOT vote because I don't know. There may be a link on the website to ask those very questions.
