  1. Explain the progressive pathophysiologic relations between a myocardial infarction and the development of left ventricultar failure.

    While you're at it, use the Frank-Starling law of the heart to describe how heart faiulre occurs and explain how celluar metabolism is impaired when a patient is in septic shock.

    Siri, you are more than kind!! I was merely screaming, but I am going to use those websites on septic shock!

    I just can not for the life of me get motivated today. I've written five pages already. The instructor is very strict in the details she looks for.

    i'm 2/3rds done. which is disgusting because there's no excuse for not getting it done. so i have to after a 12-hour shift come home and finish it up before 11pm,..........plus take a quiz.
