Pictures

  1. I so enjoy photography now with my new digital camera. I especially enjoy retouching photos, cropping, and viewing the pictures I have taken.

Honestly, I can hardly beieve the quality of the pictures with my Canon Sureshot S30. It is such a blast. I recently picked up a light weight tripod that I will add to the pleasure. Dang, if I gotta look up how to do the timer deive.. oh well..

Allow me to share a favorite photo that I hang in my vestibule.. can you tell we are trying for a cowboy theme?

Uh oh.. how do I post a pic???

    Help!

How can I get access to a web that will allow me to post? I do use one but it has a log in that you must use and the pic is very small.

A friend told me about Angel Fire sometime back but the pop ups drive me koo koo....

Lol.. Thanks giuseppe! He would D I E if he knew 20,00 people had access to this one! shhhhhhh

Is he not gorgeous! He was so shy about being "on stage" and was asked to participate in a play. It was such a fun day...

I enlarged him in hte phot and brightened it a bit. I tried to make it look a bit antique as that is our "theme".. we are going for the western antique look.

My only pic on my Dad and I is there. We had an old western photo taken umteen years ago! I miss my Dad a great deal.. he passed over 20 years ago. His pictures has been my greatest treasure over the years.

And now we have a western theme vestibule!

Thanks giuseppe for helping me to share this one!

No problem! How about the pic of you and your dad... do you have it scanned? Good idea to store treasured photos in more than one place... You can upload to yahoo to save photos on the internet. Lemme see the one of you and your dad if you have it scanned! I bet I could put your little cowboy in it with you two...

Oh wow.. you are too much guiseppe... It is in a sealed pic frame... but I would be willing to work on it.... We had it framed many years ago and they sealed it over with paper! But I will gladly take it apart at some point...

Thank you! You are so kind....

Nightingale what a lovely pic of your cowboy.

I only have my poor old webcam that I can take away from my puter and take digital pics. As you would imagine the quality isn't crash hot. I sure have fun with that but am desperately saving my pennies to get a decent camera.

    Have fun and keep sharing

There are darn few sites that allow remote hosting of images these days. Beautiful pic, Bonnie. Keep clickin'!

Apparently hasn't learded that one of the tasks of Motherhood is to humiliate your child in as many ways as possible with the largest audience you can find!
