Well, I quit smoking in 1996 (cold turkey I might add ), so now I am going to work off the weight that I gained while kicking the habit, and the weight I have gained just from not taking care of myself. I have decided to join Weight Watchers, has anyone got any good tips, or has anyone tried weight watchers in the past, or are currently on the points program?
