I am not dieting, that is a four letter word, that the moderators should ban!!! LOL!
I am getting back ito the Zone. It is similar to the atkins diet, but more carbs, it's more of a balance. 30% Protein 40%CHO and 30% Fat.
Started today, did OK. WE had rib eye staeak for dinner, which made hubby happy, he can't have steak w/o tater tots, and I did not eat one! So I had my steak and a huge pile of steamed broccholi. I did good for bkft and dinner too.
I used my Gazelle freestyle for 7 min this am.
I am taking it in babysteps!!
I find the real key to being successful in a program of eating right (note diet word avoided here) is to PLAN your meals. PLAN and pacl bkft on the go, lunch on the go, and have a dinnner on the go back up plan (like a low fat froz dinner, not exactly 30-40-30, but better than McD's!!)
Anyway, I came home from supermarket today, and annouced my new plan to hubby. I said do NOT sabatage m, or even think of putting one of these tots on my plate (he cooked) b/c if I get any fatter, I won't be able to wipe my own arse! He laughed and said, "Isn't that what our kids are for??!!" (Evil snort!)

. The bottom line is, lots of peope said they woud participate, but didn't. Probably better to check the one Karen suggested.
