Nemo

  1. It is hard to believe that an animated film could be any cuter. My daughter and I were astounded because the stubborn face the little fish makes is exactly the one my 5 year old nephew makes when he has decided to do something he has been told not to do.

I'm taking my girls to see that this weekend. I think I'll enjoy it as much as they do.

My nephew is just getting to the age where I can take him.

Think a fourteen year old cartoon adict would enjoy this movie....although the computer games have been tugging at his heartstrings too.

If this middle-age noncartoon addict (who was drug there by my middle-aged cartoon addict spouse) loved the move, a 14 year old will too.

It's a great movie for all ages. Ellen Degenneres (sp?) steals the show. Great movie!!!!!!

I am looking forward to going this weekend. Was it as much fun as it seems on the previews?

It's precious. We took the kids this past Friday. I was worried, this was the 3yr old's first movie. He did wonderful, really enjoyed it. The best pixar yet, imo.

I know to be honest I would go even if I didn't have kids.

I loved, Shrek, Monsters, Inc, Toy Story 1&2 and Ice Age.....I simplely must get to see Finding Nemo. But then I am a self professed Disney Flick Addict (Whinnie the Pooh being my all time favorite

I own all those movies, as well as James and the Giant Peach, Nightmare before Christmas (similar stop-motion type of animation) and I have NO kids, so therefore no excuse!

And I CRIED on our honeymoon when we finally met Winnie in person (what can I say?)

I like the newer Disney movies better than the classics... Monsters Inc. ranks as one of my favorite movies.. I also thought Ice Age was too cute .... Love Shrek and both Toy Stories also...

I know I will LOVE Nemo

I saw it today!!! It was wonderful, but I kept wishing they'd added some musical bits in there. Would have easily made it the best Disney/Pixar movie to date. The animation was AMAZING!!!!

That said, there was a scene with something that I won't mention because I don't give away movie details (I like the element of surprise; don't want to ruin it for others)...it scared the living DAYLIGHTS out me, I mean REALLY STARTLED me and I jumped about two feet out of my chair and said the "F" word! OMG!! Thank GOODNESS we went to a matinee, and there were only about ten other people, and we were way far away, and I said it quietly, but OMG! I thought my husband was going to die. I didn't mean it, I didn't mean it! It just flew out.

I can't go out in public any more. It's not safe. (sighing)

Ps. Was I the only one who thought it was a bit...umm...menacing...for younger kids? When I say that scene scared the crap out of me, I MEAN it.
