Good morning to all (although I'm just about to got to bed )!

Bethin, my prayers go out to your friend and her husband and to all others in the same situation. I have no other words, they all sound trite and cliche, so again: they're in my prayers.

Today I hit Costco (flannel shirts $12.99 for dh!! Three colors, no less!!), Petco (yeah, kitty litter!!) and the grocery store. Arrived home in time to throw the freezerables and refrigeratables into their respective compartments, and then run out the door with dh and two friends to go to Oak Glen, to do some music! And was it COLD!!! Well, cold for us, that is . It was cold when one was trying to play a stringed instrument!!! We only played for about 2 hr, which is at least an hour shorter than the other times we've played, but we were just cold!! It was fun, though! A lady who was listening came up and sang a donut song her dad had taught her when she was five years old, back in 1957. It was really cute!! She wrote the words down for us, too.

I better get ready for bed. Y'all have a good one, and a safe one. May today be better than yesterday in some degree.

Morning y'all! Aside from trying to dress myself and worrying myself sick about finances, I've got my first day of orientation today, just general hospital stuff all week. DH's paycheck will hopefully show up today, was supposed to have been direct deposited on Friday am, haven't seen it yet. DD has a Brownie meeting and it's my MIL's bday. Hope everyone else has a great one!

Thank you dianah. In some situations you don't know what to say and that's ok. When I speak to her I tell that I'm there for her no matter what but I can't tell her everything's going to be ok or I know how you feel. Until I'm in that situation I won't know how she feels.

    Thanks again for your prayers.

So if you had a choice....which would you choose?

Crab festival on Kodiak Island on Memorial weekend or Halibut fishing in August....I say the festival...wantan says both...yeah right...like we are going to Alaska two times....in one yr. This will be our first trip so far away. Sasquatch has always wanted us to move there...so I'm sure he'll tag along.
