By the time y'all pop in here, I'll be out there, (kitchen), cooking tea.
DH is sleeping off the effects of the sedative from the colonoscopy this morning. Poor fella, he looked SO sleepy when I picked him up!
They found some polyps, excised them and have sent them to pathology. He'll see his GP on friday and find out the results then. Apart from that, no other "nasties" found, thankfully. Fully expect the polyps to be benign as well.
His next thing to be investigated is the ??? trapped nerve in his back. He see's the surgeon on the 26th for that. GP suspects he'll require further surgery to release the nerve. We'll see what unfolds.
Once we have Dh all sorted, then I'll be able to sort out what to do, when to go etc etc, to see my, ( 6 years older), sister who lives across the other side of the country and has been diagnosed with CA in her parathyroid. She has to have surgery also. She's just retired from over 40 years in the nursing profession. Never married, no children and lives alone. My brother and I are her only, immediate, family.
I'm also wanting to travel across to Victoria to visit DS, who is doing a language course in preparation for his re-deployment :angryfire
Until these other issues are dealt with and sorted, I'm not going anywhere!
Pity we can't divide ourselves into multiple parts!
We have yet another glorious spring day here today!
Thank you Lord!
Beautiful, just beautiful! :flowersfo
Ok, must away, for now!
Take care everyone and enjoy your week ahead!
