    Good morning, Zoe!

    What a beautiful picture!!
It's certainly in keeping with the holiday!

I'm finishing up some odds and ends, and then I'm heading to bed.

Dh and I took the day off, and will meet a co-worker and her neice and go to Disneyland for the day, to see all the decorations and just enjoy being out.
I better check the weather report.
I hope it's warmer there than it was here today!
It was a brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!! day for us: in the 40's!!!
Felt good, though, to feel that nippy air.

    Y'all have a good one!

    Hi, there! :kiss

I completed my second 16-hour shift in a row, and hopefully I have not missed anything at work that would warrant a telephone call from management. I hope I am wakeful enough to attend school in the morning.

Take care, and have a beautiful day!

you must have an annual pass to disneyland...
it is my daughter's favorite place to go...having been there many times. her step-mom's sister-in-law works there, and they get free passes often... she'd like to work there as a chef at a fine dining establishment, particularly would love catering weddings there....i'm celebrating! we just moved her & hubby into their own apt. they've been with us for about 2 wks (i know, not long), have been in much less than ideal living arrangements during the last 2 yrs they have been married. this is the first time they've had a place for just the 2 of them, no roommates...
    :smiley_aa

it's been cold here too. very little rain yet, though, for a winter. bet we will have a really wet spring this year.

    Zoe - Goodnight!

Alois - Poor you! Have you maxed out on caffeine yet?

Hello, di, Commuter, walkingrock, and all those who follow.

Well, it has been awhile since my last post!

I'm no doubt behind with all the happenings on the board, but I hope everyone's doing alright.

As of right now, I'm trying to read through the whole NANDA discussion. Very interesting, and, to be honest, the topic is something I've always been curious about.

May the day walkers of our little group have a good day, and may the night people get some good sleep. Take care!

    What's NANDA?

I just realized I forgot my hair straightner at my parents. I'll have to drive back tomorrow and get it. My hair looks like crap curly. Makes me look 12 years old.

    Have a great Monday!

just finished reading yesterday's posts (i should say saturday's posts...).

what a horrible experience with that pt, conrad.

so sorry about the friend's son being shot, what a waste of a human being.

what!?! you crashing on your 16 hr shift...don't you drink starbucks like my daughter...bold, with about 5 espresso shots!!! man i'd be flying drinking that much caffeine...some of those energy drinks are pretty powerful, too. although, only 3 hrs of sleep, just doesn't cut it, and i'm sure no amount of caffeine can fix one when you are exhausted....:trout:

ok, on that note, i will take leave for my bed...have the wee one on my lap snoozing (did someone say the dachshund's sounded sooo funny howling for their people???yes, one of them here, too!). gotta go back to work tomorrow. somehow, it doesn't feel like i got my whole 3 day wknd off (i know, must've been helping my daughter and son-in-law move yesterday).

ok, i'm really goin to bed now...dh has been in bed for 2 hrs already....yawn:

When I first read the word NANDA I thought of "mind your own darn (p.c.) business" hahaha.

"On my own... here we go
My mind is set on overdrive
The clock is laughing in my face
    A crooked spine
    My sense dulled
    Passed the point of delerium
On my own... here we go."

Brain Stew is my favorite Green Day song, by the way. *sigh* Nothing they've put out recently compares with the "old" Green Day music.

I mean, it's good, but I liked it when they were a little more unpolished.

I think they closed that thread for review Zooz! Nanda diagnoses are nursing diagnoses and there is a lot of strong emotions both for and against them! Personally, the language in them is cumbersome and awkward....but that's me. No flames please!
