Merry Christmas, Everyone

  1. This holiday season and past year has been very trying for my husband and I. We've been dealing with severe illnesses on both sides of our families, my sister's relationship problems and depression, our own job dissatisfaction, etc etc. Probably no different than anyone else, I'm sure, at any given moment.

We took Christmas Day off. By "off" I mean we normally get up early and trek 3 hours to my in-laws to deliver gifts and food. But this year we decided to stay home. I have been sitting in front of our fireplace, at peace currently; my husband is in our library. I just got done watching Ted's Allnurses.com video and was able to put faces to some of my friends here. And then it made me think of my friends here (you know who you are) and I just want to say Merry Christmas to them. Hope all of you are well.

    Best Wishes.

    Merry Christmas Susy!

I'm sitting here in my Susy look-alike glasses, cuddling with my Aaron look-alike hubby, and... wait a minute... this is getting weird!

I'm glad that the 2 of you took the time you needed for yourselves. I'm sure no one else in your family understands, but who gives a big old rat's azz? You enjoyed the day, that's all that matters.

So what did Santa get Fattie?

Santa got Fattie some home-made doggie biscuits and a sweater.

I completly took the lazy route today , mind you being that I practically have no family that was pretty easy to do....
all the best to you and yours susy (and everyone else for that matter!) I hope 2003 brings everyone less stress and more good times.....
I seriously thing you are headed for big and wonderful things and when all that happens you can look back at all the crap from 2002 and consider it the junk you had to get through before life got much better!
