Hello all, it's been awhile.
I've been taking a break from the boards & catching up on some much needed rest!
Just wondering, I have decided to finally do something about the weight I've gained after my last child. I don't want to do any of the "fad" diets. Basically, I'm combining exercise with well balanced meals. Any suggestions, or sites that might help me? I don't want anything too rigid, basically some guidlines & meal suggestions. Thanks.
