Listen to me whine....

  1. OK. So it is now 2:24am. I have to get up (ha!) for work in approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes. I'm soooo tired. And I hurt sooooo bad!

All of a sudden, right as I settled down into bed, I got a raging toothache. I'm talking on the 0-10 pain scale, 0 being no pain, and 10 being childbirth, this puppy is an 8-9, easy.

I've taken plenty of Tylenol and Motrin, but I'm hesitant to take anything stronger due to the lack of time I actually have to sleep. The Orajel or whatever it is only holds it for about 10 minutes. By the time I got back into bed and got comfy, it starts hurting again.

I hate teeth. I hate dentists even more. And lordy forbid I call in to go get it fixed, it IS a weekend ya know. And to top it off, tomorrow (today) is my anniversary. How am I gonna enjoy my anniversary with a throbbing face?

Thanks for listening to me whine. Something I took is starting to kick in, so I'm gonna go try and become one with my pillow again.

Wow, you guys can fix anything!

Heather you are sick- didja notice that?? That means NO WORK, and large amounts of painkillers until you can get your tooth fixed or the pain goes away. Add liberal amounts of whining on here while the hubby brings you tea with honey... you've gotta give yourself a break.

And you can't take care of laboring mothers in less pain than you are. The empathy factor goes way down when they scream and you can't.

My husband says you have his sympathies. He gets horrible tooth aches/HA due to toothaches.

Take it easy if you can. You have to go to the park with your hubby today!

Get your tooth fixed, hon. And while you're waiting to get in, use Oil of Cloves on the affected tooth. Tell the Dentist you're a 'fraidy cat and he/she will undoubtedly take extra care with you.

    Happy Anniversary, Sweets.

    Sending good thoughts your way.........

I'm with you on the dentist thing, but as much as it pains me (no pun intended) to say this.....I agree, you should go get it checked out.

I hope you have a wonderful anniversary.
