Definitely like Edwards over Cheney.................anything is better. Glad to be living on the other side of the Pacific during this election time. Was in Spain over the two weeks when everything was going on with the last election. Fun when you get to see the other countries' views of what we do...

I'm glad Kerry picked Edwards. He's young, personable, nice-looking, and articulate......pretty much everything Kerry isn't! The way I see things, he can only help Kerry, not hurt him........KERRY/EDWARDS IN 2004!!

Amen to that. Dislike Kerry more and more, but with Edwards on the ticket, it's certainly more palatable. I do REALLY like Edwards.. always have.

And even though he's going to be bashed for having tons of money from his trial lawyer successes.. at least I know he's helping those who are least able to help themselves.. and standing up for the little guy...like me.

I'd rather see the little guy get some of the pie instead of always the monopolizing mega-companies.

    Smart choice, methinks.

Agree that he does nothing but improve Kerry's chances among those of us who may not want to vote for Bush, but who aren't exactly quivering with excitement over Kerry.

i looked at the gop link you posted, bob, and that thing is more full of holes than a big chunk of swiss cheese!!! and the truth that is in there is more twisted than a bag full of pretzels!!!

criticizing edwards because he doesn't follow nascar every week???? c'mon!!!! looks to me like the gop is shaking in its (cowboy?) boots!!!

i am so excited about edwards, i can't stand it!!!!!!

this is me doing the "excited" dance:

woo hoo - we're gonna wiiiiiiin, we're gonna wiiiiiiiin!!!!!! :d

i went to the kerry site to buy some "kerry-edwards" merchandise today but the site was too busy...i'll have to try again tomorrow.

(i lived in raleigh nc and went to the same church as him, and we share some mutual friends. i trust their judgment on his character and ability wayyyyyy more than i trust the gop's or the dnc's or kerry's or anyone else's!!!)

North Carolinian posting here. John Edwards is a personal injury lawyer. Also, has not done much to help us in our neck of the woods, where we are fighting a life or death battle with the Navy over their proposed OLF (Outlying Landing Field).

    C'mon, Kerry!
