Joe Millionaire

  1. Have you guys seen the commercials for this Fox show? It's like the bachelor, they take 50 women to a mansion in France to compete to marry this guy worth 50 million dollars. But after they get married Fox springs it on the woman that he is not worth 50 million, he is really a construction worker who makes $19,000 a year!!

Serves them right for being so materialistic in looking for a man.

I can see a lawsuit coming...... At least the women were up-front gold-diggers.

The Fox network has a few good shows, but the rest are pure Trash. (With a capital 'T'). This sounds like the latter.

    ICK.

Ugh. Reality dating/marriage shows-- like The Bachelor, Temptation Island, Elimidate, Who Wants To Marry A Millionaire, or Bachelorettes In Alaska-- where desperate, pathetic people sacrifice all dignity and self-respect in order to get a little TV exposure and get laid/a date/married, just make me fear for the future of humanity. And hope fervently that none of these people breed. Or drive, or vote.

Yeah I see a law suit too.................followed by a celebrity boxing match. Everyone on that show is going to need major therapy.

I'd love to see that show, just for the last episode when they tell her. Although I think after they are married is too late. How about when the preacher asks "does anyone have any objections?"

I think they may be treading on dangerous ground- what if one of the contestants sleeps with the guy, gets pregnant (to get his $ whether she wins or not), and then finds out it was all a scam. Lawyers would have a field day.
