Ugh! It's time to start thinking swimsuits again.
It seems like an annual tradition for me to head back to the gym to lose the extra pounds that were put on during the cold winter months.....that darn holiday food and Girl Scout cookies!
What are your plans? How do you 'lose the bulge' when the weather gets warmer?

Actually, my CD player and time on the treadmill might help get this war off my mind for a little bit.
