Is anyone else feeling extremely tired lately??

  1. Hubby and I were both comparing our aches and pains, who worked harder what day, etc.... And we both seem to be feeling extremely tired. Ya think it could be due to the fact that we have been leaving for work in the dark until the time change? I mean I am going to bed now, and this is about an hour earlier for me. I am just sooooooooo freaking tired, and I have been using my cpap, so it shouldn't be the sleep apnea.

    Anyone else? Soooo tired....Zzzzzzzzzzzz

Time to try a light box? I know I am really bummed out that I can't take my evening walk at 8:30 anymore.

AW hollahan, so whats wrong with being tired? You need rest to grow and repair. Resting is fun, and you have to be tired to rest the best. Try to switch coffee :-) Unless it is bothering you that much, I would embrace your tiredness and go with it. Think of the super dreams you can have during a peaceful, long sleep.

IMHO ,I think that the change of seasons bums us all out. Myself, fall brings a bout of allergies, Alegra, Anyone? Make mine a double. And I still sniffle and drip.. so think that I don`t sleep as well as usual. And those sneezing fits that last 10 minutes or more.....yuk.........

Renee, Thanks! I will have sweet dreams tonight.

Yeah, my allergies are bothering me too. Doesn't help that it's so DAMP right now. I feel like taking my Zyrtec BID!

I work 7a-7p and it is still dark at 5:30 am. Hate it! And it is dark when I clock out to come home. Hate that too!! Here in Indiana, we don't change time. Of course, unless your near Chicago. Or Evansville. Or Louisville. Or Cincinnati... Anyone else confused now? The shorter days of autumn are the one thing I dislike about autumn. Otherwise, it is my favorite time of the year.

Allergies, hormonal fluctuations and sleep difficulties are biggies with me too as far as fatigue causers...

Don't discount viruses either.....I've recently been 'zapped' by one... bigtime. Thank God it is running it's course...LOL!

I look like I was run over by a truck Thankfully I'm going to be able to spend tomorrow in bed, ok maybe here too, to rejuvinate me before people start offering my medicine! Just been a long week all around!

I know how you feel hoolahan. Seems like all I'm doing is running lately, and that there just aren't enough hours in the day.

Now, on one hand, when I go to bed I really go to bed! No tossing and turning, I usually don't remember much after my head hits the pillow!

I just feel utterly exhausted and spent.

Extreme fatique is one of the sx's of the type of cancer I have. I just live with it, but some days it is worse than others.

Alot has to do with what is going on in our personal lives, work lives, with our country, the change of seasons... so many factors!
I took a dose of benadrly last week but just hate how I feel the next day! I seldom take even a tylenol.
What does help is that I sleep with a fan on all year round! It helps to drown out all the other noises in the house. Of course I also have steel bars on every door and window! I worked with a girl once who's husband was a snore'er... she couldn't sleep and so I told her to do it too and guess what... five years later and it still works.
