Is anyone else studying right now??

  1. I have a test this weekend on skin integrity, elimination, ethiolegal and nutrition. Just needed to take a break and catch up on some posting maybe.

If I'm up much longer I may just get to start a "Good Wed Morning Thread" LOL

Hey Roy! Yep, needed a break before my head popped. Speaking of patients...my last clinical my 91 y/o female pleasantly confused at times...told me that if she knew what she knew now when she was younger she would have become a hooker. Oh my...I didn't know what to say.:chuckle She kept the cracks coming ALL day long. Then I went to check on her before I left she was sleeping with her glasses on, closer inspection...are you ready??? She went to sleep after putting tissues under the lenses of her glasses!!! How funny to see this 91 y/o woman with flaming red hair and red glasses sleeping with tissues tucked under her lenses!!

Good luck on your exam Fri!!

OK, I *should* be studying for my CNA test for state certification. Not that I'm all that worried about the test but I'm aiming for 100%. My class instructor has said that if anyone gets a 100% on the state test that she'd buy dinner for "us and ours." From what I hear, it's almost impossible to get a 100% on the CNA test, but hey, it's worth a shot, right??

But alas, my hubby and I had a great time grilling BBQ chicken outside and this is probably one of the last few nights we are able to do it before season change. The doggie is following us around begging for any and all possible chicken scraps, no matter how small. I've enjoyed tonight with my hubby tonight and it's just about impossible to start studying when we are having so much fun just being near each other (for anyone who cares, we are still very much newlyweds and enjoyin' every minute of it).

Can't. Get. Into. Study. Mode! EEEEEEKK!!

'Tis a struggle I steel my heart and body through every time, ever single day that confounded alarm clock awakes me from my desk where I have passed out again over my textbooks.
