    OK...Today I start my life as a non smoker.
    I am so inspired by reading these posts.
    I can do it
    I can DO IT!
    I'll be leaning on the patch for a few days, drinking lots of water and (gasp) excercizing!

    actually rusty, there are several very pleasant excersizes that came to mind when I quit....
    hubs thought it was cute when I got my wind back and could chase him around the house...hehe... :chuckle:

    Someone posted this site before...you can download "Quit meters" that keep track of how long it has been since you last smoked and how much money you have saved and it may keep track of other things, it's been a long time since I looked at it. Good luck!!

    You have to be completely nicotine free for 72 hours.....not even the patch is allowed. They are very strict. If you fall off the wagon, you are booted forever....

    Kristy, I think you can still download the meters even if you are not part of the group....I wish they had meters for days following a diet or exercising....I need some motivation!
